CPI (Separator DP)
The separator DP is an equipment designed for the primary treatment of oily water which can contain sediments.
Down Flow Coalescer
Down flow coalescer, filters and coalesces on a bed of oleophilic resin. It is designed to treat oily water with suspended material.
Hydrocyclone
The hydrocyclone is a facility dedicated to the treatment of water mixed with hydrocarbons and is an advanced development. It is one of the major equipment in the treatment of produced water and usually implemented as appendices separators, desalter.
Induced Gas Flotation (IGF)
The Induced Gas Flotation is generally placed at the end of de-oiling unit. The hydrocarbon concentrations at exit are in conformity with the standards of rejection.
Nenufar pump
The nenufar pump recovers oily water directly in basins. This system consists of one or more floating elements connected to a pump.
Oil belts skimmer
The oil belts skimmers are installed in decantation basins or inside vessels with a variable level. The oleophilic belts are certified ATEX II 2 G c IIB T4.
Oil drum skimmer
The oil drum skimmer is most usually installed in the API capacities or basins. It recovers decanted hydrocarbons. Recovered oils do not require additional treatment. Oil drum skimmers are certified ATEX II 2 G c IIB T4 by LCIE and can be certified for zone 0.
Orientable chute
The orientable chute is a system which recovers by discharge the decanted oils on the surface of basins.
