Operation

The de-oiler consists of several hydrophobic oléophilic belts.

This device in continuous rotation hangs hydrocarbons without being wet by water. The hydrocarbons are then recovered by a fixed scraper and are poured gravitationally in a capacity.

In addition, the belt immersion does not have an influence on recovery performances , making possible to accept level variations.

Characteristics

This treatment system  finds its application on variable level basins or in underground tanks. The number and the length of belts are given according to basin dimensions  to equip.
